Create a SCRIP file from an MPAS mesh

Parameters

mpasFile (str) – The path to a NetCDF file with the MPAS mesh
scripFile (str) – The path to the output SCRIP file
useLandIceMask (bool) – Whether to use the landIceMask field for masking
