AnalysisTask.run(writeLogFile=True)

Sets up logging and then runs the analysis task.

Parameters:

writeLogFile (bool, optional) – If True, output to stderr and stdout get written to a log file. Otherwise, the internal logger self.logger points to stdout and no log file is created. The intention is for logging to take place in parallel mode but not in serial mode.
